As part of this commitment, we comply with the Privacy Rule of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), which requires us to implement additional protections for personal information and to inform our members about these safeguards.

Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the conditions below. These definitions apply equally whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
Account means a unique account created for you to access our Service or certain features of our Service.
